The customer reported a sluggish computer. The Solutions Engineer detected the problem and removed many non-essential programs from the system and tuned up the computer.

This could be a long novel, as I started having problems a while back and after repeated visits to major manufacturers helpline, things were just getting worse. They worked around the problem and never really addressed the real problem. I had programs that wouldn't work properly, downloads took an eternity to complete and then always had an error, so that they wouldn't load and work. I was at my wits end when I decided to try support.com and now I'm really glad I did.
