Slow computer and unable to access internet

The customer reported problems with AVG. The Solutions Engineer detected the problem that the customer could not access internet and the computer was very slow. The Solutions Engineer diagnosed and fixed the problem manually and also removed non essential programs and tuned up the computer.

Initial contact with my recent issue Ticket #594206 Lisa...She tried very hard but left me without an understanding where to turn as problem wasn't resolved. I broke away from the session because I felt she couldn't resolve. Next, Kenny, he was quite abrupt, condescending and almost impatient with my inability to describe my issue and overconcerned about me perhaps trying to blame AVG as opposed to my hardware being at fault. I wasn't. In final, Jay was a delight and profesional. Thanks.
