Customer Tech Support Issues

The customer reported a slow computer and a virus infection. The Solutions Engineer detected the problem and solved it using anti malware tools and tuned up the computer for a better performance.

I did'nt have any great ugly problems, just some malware but being reassured by thats all there was, was worth the money and now knowing I have a place to call and ask about my paranoya.
