Rogue Personal Antivirus cannot be cleaned

The customer reported that her computer was infected and AVG detected and fixed all but one of the infections. The Solutions Engineer detected the infection as Personal Antivirus (PAV), a rogue anti spyware software. The Solutions Engineer used specialized malware removal tools and removed the rogue program.

Computer became infected with a Trogen horse tht infected 17 files. AVG took care of all but 1 of them. That one wouldn't be destroyed so I looked up AVG and got your phone # from their website and called you. My son had tried to get rid of this virus but things just kept getting worse.
