Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer is having problems installing Trend Micro. The Solutions Engineer identified the problem as a Windows Installer service error. The Solutions Engineer uninstalled Trend Micro and reinstalled it again for proper functioning.

I would like to highly commend the job that one of your techs named Dan did all this afternoon and into the early evening troubleshooting and doing repairs on my home pc. He went way above the normal call of duty and I would like for his supervisor to compliment him on my behalf and if possible put a letter of commendation into his personal file.
