Problem in installing a new printer scanner

Customer Tech Support Issues
The customer reported a problem in installing a new printer scanner. The Solutions Engineer  solved the problem by setting up a router range to safe network and ran scanner locally from the machine.

Just paid the second Geek Squad person $140 to install a new printer scanner that was purchased from Best Buy, and neither of these guys fixed the problem. Called AVG tech. and the problem was corrected in 10 minutes!!!!! Only cost $40. I love you guys!
