Printer unable to connect

Customer had a problem in connecting to the printer. HP J6400 USB printer connected to XP PC and Vista detected printer but not all the pc detected the printer . Printer is WiFi Capable and the Router DOES have a USB v1.1 port in the back for networkable USB Devices .Router Default WiFi WPA Key was installed and HP Update for the HP OfficeJet j6480 Printer was done.
