Customer Tech Support Issues
Customer called with a personal anti virus problem.Though the computer was already protected by the anti-virus . Deleted the Personal AV folder and booted into safe mode. Also found that PAV was blocking the sites.

Personal Antivirus found it's way to our computer. We are protected by AVG. I went to their help page and found the number for support.com. Travis helped, was excellent, informative, and pleasant to chat with while waiting for scans. The virus only got on the computer today so I think (hope) minimal damage was done.
