Norton 360 Firewall blocks home network

The customer was having trouble with setting up a home network with 2 computers. The Solutions Engineer setup the wireless router, but found that the two computers had trouble pinging each other. The problem was then identified to be the Norton 360 firewall settings issue that was rectified by creating a correct set of firewall rules to fix the problem.
