Customer with a Windows XP computer and a corrupt AVG 9.0 installation required AVG to be completely uninstalled, repaired and re-installed.

After I downloaded AVG9.0, I had no components in my AVG! Nothing. I freaked out. I was unable to access the internet and my e-mail. It was as though 9 had wiped out my 8.5. I was frantic. You see, I am not computer smart. I was scared. I found my reference for AVG support by phone, called the number, paid, and was saved by a very nice man named Bob. Thank heaven for such a savy individual. I could not have done this repair. Thanks sooooooo much.
