Nasty virus infection

The customer reported a virus infection. The Solutions Engineer detected the virus infection and used anti malware tools to remove the virus.

Original antivirus was Norton. Got infection and had Norton 'fix' it, not. Computer crashed, went back to Norton, no help so I went to Alienware (computer mfg) and customer service tech recommended AVG. Still had some issues but AVG and techs helped wipe out the virus. Thanks!Richard, CA
