Mouse jumping all around screen-597323

The customer reported that her mouse is jumping all around the screen.The Solutions Engineer identified the problem that its happening with both touchpad mouse and external mouse on laptop. The Solutions Engineer went and uninstalled both mouse devices from device manager and had the customer tape a plastic card over touchpad.

Internal mouse was screwed up. Technician could not solve the problem because it was a hardware problem but he suggested I tape an old credit card over the mouse pad and that worked until I can get home and have the tech who put the laptop together and fixed it.Doloras, KS
