The customer reported a malware attack. The Solutions Engineer investigated and detected the malware and manually removed the malware.

The fellow that helped me took a bit longer than I anticipated. But it definately wasn't for a lack of trying! He had some cleanup work to do after Zone Alarm didn't go away like it was supposed to when I installed AVG. Once he had Zone Alarm neutralized it seems to have improved my machine's performance by at least 80%. Thanks!
