Issues with AVG software installation

The customer was having problems installing AVG. The Solutions Engineer found remnants of previous AV including AVG and TrendMicro and cleaned these up, The Solutions Engineer also had to clean up the registry entries that were causing install issues to successfully install the AVG software.
