Customer Tech Support Issues

The customer reported problems in installing the AVG antivirus software. The Solutions Engineer detected that the customers computer had multiple Antivirus programs. The Solutions Engineer removed all the non-essential programs and removed remnants of previously installed antivirus programs and installed AVG successfully.
