The customer problem with his Internet Explorer. The Solutions Engineer detected several errors related to Internet Explorer. The Solutions Engineer reset the internet explorer to improve the performance.

I was besides myself when my computer automatically decided to shut down and wipe the memory clean it said in a message. I shut off the computer right away to stop it and this morning I could not go on internet explorer or down load my new antivirus upgrade. Thanks to your techs, my internet explorer now works and it was discovered I have a dvd hardware problem which can be easily fixed and at an affordable cost. Thanks for the advice and help. You are a god send! I'm telling everyone!
