Customer reported of a weak connection between the 3 PCs while printing. The Solutions Engineer was able to uninstalled/reinstalled wireless adapter to successfully setup wireless connection.

We have 3 computers in our home connected through a wireless router. One computer could never get a strong signal and we were unable to print to the central printer. We had just switched over to Verizon FIOS and the computer with the weak signal lost connection and could not get online. The tech was able to talk me through and handled the situation in a professional and expedient fashion. Usually I am frustrated working with support techs, but this was easy and very informative
