Cannot run programs because of FFSearcher Virus

The customer's computer was infected with multiple viruses and many programs or applications would not run. The Solutions Engineer detected FFSearcher infection and also Antivirus Pro 2010 a rogue software and cleaned up both of these and other related infections that result because of these.
