Cannot open password protected documents

Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer was unable to open or save word documents protected with password. The Solutions Engineer was able to get the computer to work only after installing some sub softwares on the computer.

I am the president of a growing management consulting business and out of the blue I was unable to access a document that I have password protected to track passwords and other secure information. Further I was unable to work in Word at all! The solutions engineer was able to isolate the problem that was not compatible with a push of Microsoft Office. I was crippled.
