AVG not working after renewal

Customer tried installing AVG anti-virus but ran into problem with firewall and e-mail scanner .We tried renewing the AVG - firewall, email, etc components were all inactive.Enabled rootkit scanning Service completely. Installed the new version of AVG and updated it.
