The customer reported problems in AVG install. The Solutions Engineer detected the problem and corrected it by installing AVG antivirus successfully for continued protection.

Oh holy shit...I had them all...norton, kaspersky, mcafee and I kept getting hacked...everytime. Then my psychologist said your running the WRONG thing. I said what???? He said get AVG...I had never heard of it. I bought it. Then I read about it...but cnet said it sucked. But I realized it was unique...very...but it stopped working because I didn't understand to reboot the computer....simple mistake...sorry thank you for your great product...why didn't I hear about this early.
