AVG 8.5 version problem ID protection corrupted

Customer called with a problem after upgrading to AVG 8.5, he could not connect to the Internet.Found that the problem was with ID protection which was corrupted.Had to remove and reinstall the Identity Protection .

After upgrading to AVG 8.5, I could not connect to the Internet. The Solutions Engineer was absolutely "awesome" in finding the problem, correcting it and getting my AVG upgrade working properly. Very impressive. Will certainly call back the next time I have a problem.
