Black box Flashing on the screen

Customer reported that his PC had black DOS box which flashes periodically. The Solutions Engineer investigated and detected the device was not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. The Solutions Engineer then removed the unwanted device to solve the problem.
