Customer suspected virus infection had slowed down his computer and Norton was not able to remove the virus infection. The Solutions Engineer investigated and detected that the downloaded software was blocked by virus. The Solutions Engineer then removed the virus manually.

Norton found and said it eradicated a virus. However, every time I reran the scan, Norton found it again. I suspected a virus was present because the computer ran slowly. The support.com technician seemed to know just what to do. When the downloaded software was blocked by the virus, he went into safe-mode to search out and get rid of the virus manually. It seemed to have worked, and I am a satisfied customer.
