Unable to remove the virus

Customer was not able to remove the virus. The Solutions Engineer investigated and found that the computer was taken over by viruses. The Solutions Engineer then removed the virus using advance virus removal tools.

My computer "caught" a bunch of viruses, trojan horses, and other nasty things and pornography pop-ups kept showing up. Talk about a melt down ~ good grief. I was sooooo stressed. I learned that the "free" version is like having a sheet on your bed when it's 40 below zero and you need a down comforter. So tomorrow I'm buying the comforter and with your set-up I'll be good to go. Thanks again, I really appreciate you guys being there.Joy, CA
