Customer Tech Support Issues
The customer reported that he got all kinds of viruses after he opened an email. The Solutions Engineer investigated and detected the virus infection and also found that the virus protection was not active. The Solutions Engineer then removed the remnants of previously installed Norton antivirus and installed the AVG.
