Problem in upgrading AVG 9.0

Customer had a problem in upgrading AVG 9. The Solutions Engineer investigated and installed the AVG according to customer's request.

During the AVG 9 download the system got real slow like it got a virus. It hung & took forever to do anything. So I did a system restore back to before I attempted the upgrade but AVG was gone, I guess it deleted its earlier versions after or during the upgrade. So I was stuck. I called the support line & while it took a few minutes to get the AVG back up the staff was quick, knowledgable & Friendly. Good Job & thanks.
