Customer reported a virus problem which would not let him enter home page. The Solutions Engineer investigated and found malwares on his laptop. The Solutions Engineer then used anti malware tools to remove the virus.

Computer got virus that would not allow me to enter into my homepage or into the internet system at all. I really don't understand computers very much but received a notice from AVG to purchase the antiviral and spyware removal. The process took about 2 hours, but I consider that a very reasonable time to correct the problem since the computer said I had 30 viruses. Thank you.Gerald , TX
