Customer Tech Support Issues

The customer had a problem in upgrading Nero 8 to Nero 9. The Solutions Engineer investigated and found there was problem in installing the software due to Trojan virus. The Solutions Engineer used various virus removal tools to remove the virus and upgraded Nero 9.

I bought Nero 9 to upgrade my Nero 8. I could not make it work. I contacted NERO and while I got a lot of information, I still could not get it to load. I kept getting "Unable to access Shell Manager." I was about to toss it in the trash and take my loss. I then called support.com. Eric was very understanding and ended up working overtime before he figured out what the problem was. I sincerely appreciate Eric's professionalism and his willingness to stick with the problem.
