Customer reported that his computer was working really slow and needed a tune up. The Solutions Engineer investigated and removed the unwanted software to solve the problem.

Computer was running slower and slower and on start up was loading all sorts of crap. Chris (the guy who helped) was great at explaining everything, fast but thorough. of course I haven't used it yet after changes. but he found all sorts of things and fixed them. Thanks.William, NY
