Unable to sign out of AOL account

Customer reported that he was unable to sign out of his AOL account. The Solutions Engineer investigated and detected virus problem due to more than one antivirus program. The Solutions Engineer then removed outdated antivirus software and cleaned the virus using virus removal tool.
