Sluggish computer reboots again and again

The customer reported that the system was sluggish and had to be rebooted again and again. The Solutions Engineer detected the problem as a connection issue and a system error. The Solutions Engineer cprrected the issue and installed an antivirus program.

The computer was nearly in a non responsive state. I had to reboot continually as the computer would lock up.
