Internet Explorer causes AVG installation issues

Customer had purchased AVG but was having problems installing it. The Solutions Engineer detected many problems in this simple process including issues with downloading the installer software through Internet Explorer. The Solutions Engineer ran a cleanup process to clean any existing install and then used FireFox to download and install the software.
