Multiple virus, trojan infections disables existing AV software

The customer reported that their antivirus software was disabled and not working. The Solutions Engineer detected a number of infections including a variety of Trojans, the UAC rootkit infection and Antivirus Pro, a rogue antispyware program. The Solutions Engineer then used a number of tools and methods to clean up each of these infections and restore the computer back to normal functioning.
