Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer needed help in recovering from a system crash that caused a loss of all data and programs. Solutions Engineer had the customer restore to factory settings. The Solutions Engineer then tuned up the system by uninstalling unwanted programs and tweaking the computer settings for performance. The Solutions Engineer also installed and configured AVG antivirus and Windows Updates to keep the computer secure.

We experienced a system crash and appeared to have lost all of our documents. We were in the process of trying to restore applications and began w/Norton. Deciding against reinstalling, we inquired of our son's opinion and he recommended AVG. The site offers install service as well as tune-up services. With the problems we've experienced with our computers, it seemed an excellent value. It has proved to be so. Both engineers with home we've worked have been excellent.
