Problem with un-installing AVG old version

The customer had trouble un-installing AVG's old version. The Solutions Engineer solved the problem by un-installing Spybot, Spyware doctor and Mywebsearch. The Solutions Engineer then un-installed AVG's old version and downloaded and updated the new version AVG.
