Customer Tech Support Issues

The customer reported an error message "unmountable boot volume". Customer's initial problem was windows boot failure. Guided customer through windows repair. After resolving the boot issues the Solutions Engineer detected malware (hidden services including mspdlt.sys).  Identified, disabled and removed all virus infections.
