Virus infected computer

Customer had a virus infected computer which needed immediate action.The old anti virus had to be uninstalled and updated version of AVG antivirus installed. The Solutions Engineer also scanned the system with Malwarebytes. Solutions Engineer also enabled Windows firewall and updated the AVG software to ensure continued protection.
