Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer's computer was infected with PC Anti Spyware 2010.  The Solutions Engineer also detected the braviax.eze malware using Process Explorer and the UACd.sys Rootkit. Solutions engineer cleaned malware using a number of tools such as Malwarebytes and manually using Process Explorer and other tools.

I got some really bad viruses --- automatically loading porn sites and PC Antispyware on my machine.
