In the Words of our Customer

My son had a friend visit. Knowing they were not supposed to be on the computer, they waited till I went to bed. Then they downloaded something (?) from Facebook and contracted a virus. This morning I saw the warning from the virus and the tease to buy their solution. I contacted AVG via the net and saw their recommendation for Support.com. I then contacted your company and spoke to a very nice intial contact who put me in touch with Tony who was excellent and personable. Thanks.
