Customer with a Windows XP computer is infected with the Personal Antivirus infection. PAV.exe is showing bogus pop-ups of a W32. Pavsee.C infection to try and trick the customer. The Solutions Engineer identified, disabled and removed PAV.exe virus by the help of rootrepeal.
