In the Words of our Customer
My computer was kicking me off, stealing my web searches and sending me to to strange websites. It froze up if I tried to write email and had slowed down to slower than a crawl. Travis found a lot of really nasty stuff in it. It took a little while, because it was a mess. I am very satisfied with the service.
