Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer with Windows XP computer reporting multiple virus / trojan infections and pop-ups.  Identified and removed multiple virus / trojan infections including npdocbox.dll (spyware).

It started off with about 4 microsoft pop-ups that said that I had 101, 63 etc trojans in various drives on my computer. It also said that the errors were critial and will corrupt files. I freaked and updated AVG first before running the AVG anti-virus scan. I did not accept any of the microsoft pop up box requests to delete the affected files. I had John clean up my system and he deleted some spyware files. Great service and value. I can't thank you enough John. Computer is running great!
