AVG Not Updating - Access is Forbidden error

Customer Tech Support Issues

Consumer with a Windows XP computer is unable to get AVG to update ('Access is forbidden by the server' error message).  Connected to computer, repaired AVG installation, downloaded updates and confirmed funtioning properly.
