Removed skynet.sys virus infection

Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer's computer infected with skynet.sys virus.  Identified and manually disabled, then removed, infected files which included additional randomly named .sys files.  Updated cacls for each file, disabled and removed.  Emptied AVG vault of quarantined files.

I was getting these horribly annoying pop-ups from a packed rolex virus, I tried to resolve it myself , but I couldn't take it anymore. I had updated to the paid version of AVG, and then was still going nuts with it, I did some research and then bought another spyware program which didn't help, and I'm now cancelling. Out of maddening desperation, I finally called AVG service. I did not want to spend the money, and wasn't too convinced it would be worth it. Troy was excellent!!!
