Removed PAV.exe virus infection

Customer Tech Support Issues
Windows Vista 64-bit computer infected with the Personal Antivirus 2009 (PAV.exe) rogueware infection.  Frequent bogus pop-ups such as:

"Critical System Warning! Your system is infected with version of Trojan.Win32.Agent.azsy.  This malicious program is a Rojan.  It is a Windows PE EXE.  Once launched, the Trojan copies its body to the current user's Windows startup directory and attempts to steal passwords from Int" and "W32.Pavsee.C - Virus Found ! W32.Pavsee.C is a virus that infects .exe and .com files on mapped drivers from C to F."

PAV.exe infection had also partially disabled AVG.

Located, disabled and deleted PAV.exe and all associated folders.  Confirmed AVG properly configured and operational
