Firewall blocking iTunes software update

Customer Tech Support Issues
Windows XP customer was unable to update iTunes to add a new iPod (purchased for Father's Day) due to a conflict with the firewall software.  Resolved the conflict the updated iTunes to the latest version and assisted with setting up and synchronizing the new iPod.

The gentleman that helped me (John H.) was excellent and made me feel 'at ease' from the get go! I was so upset when I called thinking my problem which started as small and became bigger (trying to install one new iPod for Father's Day - on the phone to Apple for 1.5 hours and then referred to antivirus 800#, after all my iPods were not going to work including the new one) anyway, John helped through the whole process and remained available 'online' and via phone for complete success!
