CD/DVD drive not functioning

Subscriber reported that CD/DVD drive is not appearing in My Computer. Confirmed that the CD/DVD drive has a warning in Device Manager. Root caused the problem to upper / lower filters in the registry and deleted the entries. Confirmed the CD/DVD drive working properly.
