Subscriber Having Trouble Accessing A Website

Subcriber called with multiple problems including the inability to create a cottage in an online game. After disabling all toolbars and BHOs, and then re-enabling one at a time determined that a Yahoo add-on was interfering with the game. Yahoo add-on was also consuming 99% of the CPU. Subscriber also reported that BigFishGames.com would open in Firefox and would save a randomly named file when trying to get a new game. Reset the Yahoo browser to the default settings which resolved the problem.
