Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer reported a conflict between AVG and Microsoft Windows Security resulting in errors retrieving email in Outlook.  Identified AVG configuration issues and updated, and trained customer on how to prevent the problem in the future.  Confirmed that AVG is installed and working correctly.
